If you need to cancel your registration, your payment will be refunded as follows:
Cancel by 1 May: 100% refund, minus processing fees
Cancel by 10 May: 50% refund, minus processing fees
After 10 May: No refund
The cancellation processing fee is approximately €6 plus 5% of total registration cost (meeting plus hotel).
