I'm an engineer focused on empowering scientists to perform reproducible data analysis.

I'm a computer scientist with a special interest in biology. I work as a bioinformatician in the Bioinformatics Core Facility at the Central European Institute of Technology, Masaryk University, as well as a Galaxy and UNIX systems administrator at CESNET, both located in Brno, Czech Republic. I studied the field of computer science at Masaryk University in Brno from a bachelor's to a Ph.D.

I'm software engineer with specialisation in compiler design and fundaments of computer science. I work in CESNET located in Brno, Czech Republic.

I'm a junior developer, learning and growing through Galaxy Project.
