Open, reproducible data analysis for Czechia
The Czech Galaxy community, supported jointly by CESNET and ELIXIR Czechia , provides free, accessible, and reproducible computational analysis for researchers in Czechia and beyond. Thousands of documented and maintained tools, backed by robust public infrastructure.
Access across our servers is federated through e-INFRA CZ login and Life Science login.
- UseGalaxy.cz General-purpose national instance bridging users to MetaCentrum, the Czech national computational grid.
- RepeatExplorer ELIXIR CZ sponsored server for genomics researchers working with repetitive DNA.
- UMSA Untargeted mass spectrometry and cheminformatics pipelines for the RECETOX community.
What we offer
- Thousands of tools ready to use, updated via an automated, CI-validated tool management pipeline.
- Access to the MetaCentrum national computational grid for heavy workloads.
- Extra quotas and resources for Czech researchers and their collaborators, see the documentation for details.
- Training and support for the Czech research community including reserved infrastructure for your training via TIaaS.
- Integration pilot with the National Repository Platform (NRP) for FAIR workflows and data hosting using InvenioRDM.
- An open low-volume mailing list for the Czech Galaxy community.

The Czech Galaxy team curates these services, develops community tools and training, and represents Czechia in the global Galaxy community.
