Join us at the Euro-BioImaging Image Data Community Days 2026 for a talk and workshop on image analysis in Galaxy.
Euro-BioImaging is hosting its annual Image Data Community Days 2026, a free 5-day online event bringing together imaging professionals, researchers, and students from around the globe for lectures, hands-on workshops, and networking sessions focused on bioimage data analysis, FAIR data, file formats, and community initiatives.
The Galaxy Image Analysis Community will be represented across two sessions this year:
Talk: Image analysis in Galaxy 📅 Monday, April 13, 2026 — 10:50–11:10 CEST Diana Chiang Jurado (University of Freiburg), Euro-BioImaging Scientific Ambassador 2026, will present an overview of how Galaxy enables accessible, reproducible image analysis workflows for the bioimaging community.
Workshop: Galaxy workflows for image analysis 📅 Thursday, April 16, 2026 — 15:00–17:00 CEST Leonid Kostrykin (Heidelberg University) and Vladimir Ulman (CEITEC) will lead a hands-on workshop on Galaxy workflows for image analysis.
