Galaxy Developer Roundtable
Kaivan Kamali will give a presentation discussing his experimenting with machine learning tools in Galaxy by applying Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). More specifically, he will cover the basics of linear algebra, eigenvalues/eigenvectors, and principal calculations axes in symmetric and non-symmetric matrices.
In addition, John Chilton will briefly discuss enabling per-objectstore quotas in Galaxy.
